Gift Card Returns
This website handles replacements for the following brands: 76 Gift Card, ARCO PumpPASS, BP Gift Card, Chevron Gift Card, Choice Hotels, Conoco Gift Card, ExxonMobil Gift Card, Phillips 66 Gift Card, Sunoco Gift Card and Texaco Gift Card.
Card(s) Not Working - Your gift card may not be working because it is damaged, has become deactive, has expired, is inactive, or has a zero balance. Please see instructions below for receiving a replacement card.

Step 1: Verify Card Balance
Please verify the value on your card by either:
- Using one of the website links to the right, or
- Calling the phone number on the back of your card.

If you receive a message stating "invalid card entry" or "card not found in our system", please email the card number to info@svmcards.com. We will let you know the status of your card. Cards with a zero balance, inactive cards, deactive cards and expired cards will receive the "invalid card entry" or "card not found in our system" message.
Deactive or Expired Cards - Your card may have become deactive because it is over 2 ½ years old. Deactive cards will be replaced for no charge. Older cards with expiration dates will also be replaced for no charge. You will need to mail your card(s) to us in order to receive a replacement card. Please note - promotional cards with a printed expiration date will not be replaced.
Inactive Cards - If the station failed to activate your card when it was sold, we will activate the card for you. Please let us know where you got the card from. If you received the card as a gift, please try to find out where the card was purchased from. We may need proof of identification to activate the card.
Lost or Stolen Cards - If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately, at info@svmcards.com. Lost or stolen cards will be processed during business hours of Mon. - Fri. 8:00am to 5:00pm CST. If there is still value on your card when it is processed, a replacement card will be sent less a 15% replacement fee. The 15% fee is taken off of the replacement card.
Damaged Cards - The magnetic strip on your card may have become damaged or the station's equipment may not have worked properly. If you have verified that your card does have a balance you can try to use your card again. If your card still does not work, you will need to mail it back to receive a replacement card. Damaged cards will be replaced for no charge, unless the card was physically damaged by the card holder. If damaged by the card holder a 15% fee will be taken off of the replacement card.
Card Exchanges - If you would like to exchange your card for another brand, there is a 15% fee. The 15% fee will be taken off of the balance of the replacement card. You will need to mail the card you want to exchange back to us. You can exchange your card for the following brands: 76, ARCO, BP, Chevron, Conoco, ExxonMobil, Phillips 66, Sunoco or Texaco. Gift cards are not returnable for a refund.
Refunds - Remaining card balances may be subject to refund as required by law. Please call SVM at 1-800-786-8028 if you wish to inquire about a refund.

Replacement Process - Your replacement card will be mailed no later than 10 business days from when we receive the original card back in the mail. Replacements valued at less than $150 will be mailed via the US Postal Service First Class Mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping via First Class Mail. Replacement Cards valued at over $150 will be sent FedEx ground. A charge of $6.95 will be charged for lost, stolen or card exchanges. Please note replacements sent via FedEx will require a signature. If you would like your replacement card(s) sent to a business address, please make note of that.
