John Cullen • Vice President and GM, Gasoline Loyalty and Rewards

John Cullen joined SVM in October of 2011 as Vice President and General Manager, Gasoline Loyalty and Rewards. In this role John will lead SVM's continued expansion and development of gasoline gift card and other fuel reward solutions. Prior to joining SVM, he held numerous leadership and entrepreneurial roles in the area of loyalty and reward solutions, including senior management positions at both Centego Marketing, the creator of Fuel Rewards(tm), and AutoGas Systems. He holds a BA Degree from Loyola University in Chicago.

 

John Driscoll • Chief Information Officer

John has been with SVM since 2006. As CIO he is responsible for defining SVM's technology strategy and building the secure infrastructure necessary to support our customers and clients. Payment Card Industry compliance is also a key focus area. Prior to joining SVM John was an Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Director of Consulting Services at Calence (Insight). John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies from Northwestern University.

 

Robert Gadek • Vice President of Global Business Planning and Development

Robert Gadek joined SVM in August 2011 as Vice President of Global Business Planning and Development. In this role he will oversee SVM's strategic growth planning and expansion into international markets. Prior to joining SVM he served as the CFO for Cormark Inc, where was actively involved with managing Cormark's business in China. He holds a BS Degree from Indiana University and is a CPA.

 

Jim Leroux • Strategic Advisor

Jim Leroux has been with SVM since 2007. As SVM’s Strategic Advisor, Jim is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance and grow SVM’s business. Prior to joining SVM, Jim was a Partner at First Annapolis Consulting, a consulting and financial advisory firm specializing in the payments industry. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Boston College Law School.

 

Marshall Reavis • Chief Executive Officer

Marshall founded SVM in 1997 after being involved in the development of the oil industry's first prepaid gasoline card in 1994. Under his leadership, SVM has grown over seventy five-fold and transformed itself from a resale distributor of gift cards to an organization that offers products and solutions for all prepaid card scenarios, including a truly unique card issuance model. He actively manages SVM and focuses on providing guidance regarding the company's present and future direction. Marshall was a Management Fellow at DePauw University (BA, Economics) where he currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.

 

Jim Speir • Vice President of Sales

Jim joined the SVM team early in 1998 with a goal to increase SVM's business to business sales. Today Jim not only leads SVM's sales team but also stays in tune with industry trends and customers needs by personally handling many of SVM's customers on a daily basis. This hands-on approach keeps SVM's management team in close contact with the market and provides more responsive and timely customer-centric programs and services. Jim has over twenty five years of sales and sales management experience and has a Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University.

 

John Stulas • Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer

John has been with SVM since 2001. As SVM’s CFO and COO, he manages both the financial and operational aspects of our business. His departments are responsible for accounting, financial analysis, technology and fulfillment. In addition, his team is essential to the service levels SVM provides it’s customers. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

 

Julie von Rohr • Vice President of Operations

As a member of the team since 2005, Julie is responsible for overseeing daily operations including order fulfillment and inventory procurement. In order to maximize customer satisfaction, Julie consistently reviews SVM's processes and systems to ensure service commitments are met or exceeded. Julie has over eight years of fulfillment and distribution experience specializing in custom kitting and order fulfillment. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

 

Megan Wiersma • Vice President of Client Services

Megan has been with SVM since 2001. As SVM’s Vice President of Client Services, she is responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their gift card programs are successful. In addition, she manages a staff of client services professionals who act as the primary contact with our extensive client base. Her team also manages program logistics, direction, strategy and communication between the client, SVM and consumers. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hope College.
